Two Files 100 Nanoseconds Apart Got the Same Timestamp in the Browser: JSON.parse and Integers Past MAX_SAFE_INTEGER

JSON.parse rounded nanosecond file timestamps from a Python server, so two files collided and an only-if-unchanged check failed. Tests of context.source, BigInt and JSON.rawJSON.
