Julia download server down?

As of now, I’m unable to use juliaup to update to the newest version, due to the failure to access the link: https://julialang-s3.julialang.org/bin/linux/x64/1.13/julia-1.13.2-linux-x86_64.tar.gz The link doesn’t open in my browser, either. Is the server down? P.S. auto-preview by the Discourse server also failed, so the URL really looks unreachable.
