A webmanifest cannot read a CSS variable, so our brand colour is spelled twice: once as OKLCH and once as hex

Our stylesheet has 865 lines and zero hex codes. The manifest has two, and they are the exact sRGB spelling of one ramp step, with nothing checking that they still agree. Also: the installed app opens a sign-in form, and there is no service worker.
