New cleaner github repo for D.eSystem 6

Hello everyone, I got a lot of feedback for my old github repo, a lot of peaple said that the structure is bad and its a mess,thats why I decided to use an old private unused repo as a new D.eSystem 6 repo, I added D.eSystem 6.1.8 with the tag v.6.1.8 and I commited the source code to the main branch. I also added a third party code notice for the Limine bootloader and for the original Limine C template which just drar a colorful screen,my kernel and all the programms and features are build by myself,but I added a notice for Limine. I will use this new repo for fututre releases like D.eSystem 6.1.9 for release tags and commits.
