Signal Protocol in Rust
IMPORTANT: My project is not professionally audited or production ready. I do not reccommend anyone use this in their own code. I provide this for testing and demo purposes only. * Demo: https://signal.positive-intentions.com/ [https://signal.positive-intentions.com/] * Github: https://github.com/positive-intentions/signal-protocol [https://github.com/positive-intentions/signal-protocol] * Formal verification: https://glitr.io/docs/technical/formal-verification/signal-protocol [https://glitr.io/docs/technical/formal-verification/signal-protocol] * Audit feedback?: https://www.reddit.com/r/CyberSecurityAdvice/comments/1su8lir/security_audit_feedback_from_radically_open [https://www.reddit.com/r/CyberSecurityAdvice/comments/1su8lir/security_audit_feedback_from_radically_open] I used AI to help me create this (duh!) so it’s worth repeating; this is not audited or production ready. I wanted to the Signal protocol for a series of secure messaging apps I’m working on. So i created this project for my own learning and testing. I think its looking good enough to share, but its far from finished. If any of this makes sense, then feel free to suggest changes. Im aiming to align to the signal protocol spec. I have created unit tests, but because of some limitations in testing wasm, i also added storybook-like ui so i can run/test inside a browser environment.
