Our search endpoint returns three fields, and its WHERE clause is copied out of an index definition on purpose

Name search over a product catalogue, built as an endpoint that knows nothing: three columns back, the real fetch goes through the existing lookup, the predicate is duplicated verbatim so Postgres will use a partial expression index, and the rate limiter fails open because the query is not sensitive.
