No longer able to compile with -Dcpu=generic_rv64+a+m

Disclaimer: I’m a hobbyist at heart and I’m not trying to do anything I mention in this post for practical reasons. Context: I’ve recently been compiling all my projects targeting RISC-V without any CPU extensions other than atomics and multiplication (the compiler_rt implementations of these are infinitely recursive at the moment) so I can run them on my (terrible, single-hart, incredibly bare-bones) RISC-V simulator rather than on my Intel machine.
