Our updated_at is maintained by the ORM, not the database, and 10 of 25 tables have one
created_at comes from Postgres and updated_at comes from Node, there are no triggers in the database, and the rule is not "any write to this row" but "any UPDATE this ORM built". One raw SQL statement in the codebase proves it, and the polling endpoint depends on it.
