Sign-In with Ethereum in Next.js 16: SIWE with viem, iron-session and a Replay-Proof Nonce (Tested)

A tested SIWE flow for Next.js 16 with viem and iron-session. A cookie-only nonce let me replay a login, and mode eoa cut verify from 1,064 ms to 5.9 ms.
