Review request for PR #153885: fix termios reference warnings

Hi, When a maintainer has a chance please review PR #153885. It’s been open since July and I’ve already commented on the PR without any reply. It’s a small documentation fix for the Sphinx reference warnings in termios.rst and also removes it from .nitignore (part of GH-151950). Thanks!
