How to setup Thunderbolt bridge?

I’m trying to connect: PC with TB4 <> certified TB cable <> Mac Mini. I followed instructions on the wiki page for setting up thunderbolt and have the following in my configuration: service.hardware.bolt.enable = true; services.udev.extraRules = '' ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="thunderbolt", ATTR{authorized}=="0", ATTR{authorized}="1" ''; I’m able to connect from the PC to the Mac’s IP address but not the other direction when I try either IP shown.
