Closing our window does not quit our app, and the line that makes that true is an empty event handler

A monitor that only runs while its window is on screen is not a monitor. Five Electron lifecycle hooks decide what counts as closed in Notifio, one of them is a comment with no code under it, and one flag is a cast onto Electron's app object.
