Our test suite has no DOM: 266 tests in 603 milliseconds, and the two components it checks are rendered to a string

A census of every test in a Next.js app that has no jsdom, no testing library and no component test framework. 253 of the 266 tests run with no services at all, two components are rendered with renderToStaticMarkup and stripped with a regex, and two test dependencies are installed that nothing imports.
