Support CTRL + SHIFT + V

Is it possible to support CTRL + SHIFT + V when replying? Sometimes I copy/paste rich text and there’s no way to paste it as plain text without pasting it somewhere else, copying it again and pasting it into the form. Not a big issue, just annoying.
