94 page files, zero dynamic routes, and 67 pages that write their own URL twice with nothing checking the folder

A marketing site built as one file per page instead of a [slug] route. What that buys, what it costs in boilerplate, and the hole I found while measuring it: every content page declares its own path twice, and no test compares either copy to the directory the file is in.
