Spam/Scam sent as PM from a new user

I guess I am not the only one who received a message with an embedded link from ethan_collins8029, a user (presumably a bot) who just registered a few hours ago and hasn’t taken part in any discussions. It would be nice if that could be disallowed. In any case, the rules for including links should be the same for PMs as for public posts - i.e., new users not being allowed to send links.
