Why Google Splits the Designer from the Reviewer

Google's open-source Elephant-Goldfish plugin keeps the session that designed a feature from reviewing its own design document. Fresh sessions with zero context do the reviewing instead, and the split is enforced by architecture rather than by a prompt.
