Our marketing site writes nothing to seven storage surfaces, and reads one key that is never there

Zero Set-Cookie headers across 72 documents and 557 subresource responses, empty document.cookie, localStorage and sessionStorage on all 72 pages, no IndexedDB, no Cache Storage, no service worker. The only storage call a visitor triggers is a read of a theme key that only the logged-in dashboard ever writes.
