Day Around the Bay: New Castro Muni Station Elevator Finally Opens

The firm chosen to purchase most of SF’s Westfield Centre mall may demolish it; BART’s Red Line experienced delays Thursday afternoon due to a person on the tracks; and the new elevator at the Castro Muni station has opened after three years.
