How to automatically restart service after config changes after next build?

It’s about this github issue. TL;DR If you change any settings in the services.crowdsec module, then the files will be updated accordingly, however, the service isn’t necessarily reloaded/restarted since only some files have been updated. What is the recommended way to tell nixos-rebuild that it needs to reload/restart the crowdsec.service if the user changed anything in services.crowdsec?
